Phil Curtin
In 1991, I founded Curtin Law Office. My practice has focused on estate planning and elder law, Medicaid issues and probate administration, and I have added attorneys and staff to create a firm with the requisite experience and expertise to concentrate on all aspects of estate planning and related legal services.
Jennifer Holmes-Griffin
In 2003, I joined the Curtin Law Office, where I focus my practice on elder law and estate planning for individuals and businesses. If someone should ask me what I enjoy most about the practice of law, my answer is “Helping people be successful and providing them with the tools to minimize stress in difficult situations.”

Brendan Wile
I joined the Curtin Law Office in 2022 after spending six years working in litigation. Now focusing my practice on elder law and estate planning as well as formation and planning for businesses, I enjoy working with clients to solve problems, achieve peace of mind, and to put them and their families in a position to succeed. I also enjoy building new professional relationships in the community and within area organizations.
Deb McQuate
“I joined the firm as a senior Paralegal in 2014, bringing with me over 25 years working with general practice law firms, including family law, criminal, real estate and estate planning. I thoroughly enjoy working closely with clients to help them achieve their estate planning/elder law goals and objectives. My expertise lies in guiding them through the intricate processes of estate planning, probate and trust administration. I am dedicated to making this often complex and daunting journey as seamless and comforting as possible for our clients.”
