Phil Curtin
In 1991, I founded Curtin Law Office.
My practice has focused on estate planning and elder law, Medicaid issues and probate administration, and I have added attorneys and staff to create a firm with the requisite experience and expertise to concentrate on all aspects of estate planning and related legal services.

Jennifer Holmes-Griffin
Jennifer has been practicing estate planning and elder law for over 20 years. She is known for her compassion, client focus, knowledge and ability to provide clients with practical solutions. Helping clients navigate through the “what ifs” in life and minimizing their stress during the estate and long-term care planning process are things about which she is passionate. Jennifer also understands first-hand the challenges that people face when they are dealing with a disability or death in their families. Her husband had Parkinson’s/Lewy Bodies disease and Jennifer was his primary caregiver for over 11 years.
When she isn’t working, Jennifer loves to read, garden, travel and spend time with her teenage daughter.

Brendan Wile
I joined the Curtin Law Office in 2022 after spending six years working in litigation.
Now focusing my practice on elder law and estate planning as well as formation and planning for businesses, I enjoy working with clients to solve problems, achieve peace of mind, and to put them and their families in a position to succeed.
I also enjoy building new professional relationships in the community and within area organizations.

Deb McQuate
Deborah is a Senior Paralegal and joined Curtin Law Office in 2014, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in general practice law.
Over time, her focus has grown to center on estate planning, probate and trust administration. She takes great pride in working closely with clients and helping them with both professionalism and compassion. Her goal is to guide clients through what can often feel like a complex and overwhelming process with clarity, ease, and peace of mind.
Deborah loves spending time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle, such as biking, golfing, skiing and going to the beach!

Ginny Black
Ginny has over 10 years of legal experience and a degree in Paralegal Studies. She enjoys helping clients navigate the complicated process of Medicaid. She also helps to ensure that each client’s estate planning documents are prepared with excellence.
What she likes best about the Curtin Law Office is that it is a supportive team environment where everyone really cares about clients and meeting their individual needs.
In her free time, Ginny volunteers at church, spends time with her family, and likes international and outdoor adventures.

Kim Chabre
Kim moved to New Hampshire from Massachusetts and joined the firm in early 2023 working as an Estate Planning paralegal. She brings 40 years of general law experience including real estate, personal injury, probate and estate planning.
Passionate in helping each client understand their estate plan, her goal is for clients to have peace of mind and to know that their wishes will be listened to and reflected in every step of the planning process.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren as well as crafting, crocheting and camping.

Pam Sullivan
Pam joined Curtin Law Office in 2022 after 18 years as a corporate legal assistant in the Insurance industry. She really enjoys working face-to-face with clients, getting to know them, and helping them achieve their estate planning and long-term care planning goals.
Her favorite thing about working at Curtin Law Office is working together with a team of caring, dedicated individuals where our main goal is to make every client feel safe, seen, and comfortable.
Out of the office, she loves to spend time with her husband, visiting with their grown children and grandchildren, or exploring historic properties and public gardens. Also, she loves traveling to Maine to visit family and indulge in Maine lobster!

Sandy Law
Sandy has been with our firm for eight years as our receptionist/administrative assistant. Her favorite part of her job is interaction with the clients. Making them feel welcomed and getting to know them on a personal level is very rewarding for her.
“I really enjoy the connection with people that our office fosters,” she says.
Outside of work, Sandy and her husband enjoy taking weekend trips to the mountains and going to concerts and comedy shows. She spends much of her free time with family, including lots of babysitting and having fun with her grandchildren.
